1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for valid reasons such as:

• Wrong item received

To be eligible for a return, you must provide a parcel opening video as proof.

2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, fancy bangle items are non-returnable, unless they are damaged during delivery and supported with a parcel opening video.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received in proper condition, the refund will be processed to your original bank account within 7 working days.
